1. General Information

1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") apply to all purchases made through the GOOSE Music webshop (https://goosemusic.com/), operated by BV ON REPEAT, Magdalenastraat 56, 8500 Kortrijk, BELGIUM (hereinafter referred to as "GOOSE Music").

1.3. By placing an order on the GOOSE Music webshop, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1. GOOSE Music offers merchandise and music products (including vinyl albums, CDs, and EPs) for sale.

2.2. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.

2.3. Shipping costs are fixed: €5 for deliveries within Belgium and €15 for deliveries to other European countries.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Orders can be placed through the GOOSE Music webshop. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the order process.

3.2. Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided on the webshop.

3.3. GOOSE Music reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. GOOSE Music is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs, postal services).

4.3. The customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1. In accordance with European legislation, customers have the right to return items within 15 days of receipt without providing a reason.

5.2. To initiate a return, customers must complete the return form available at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page on the GOOSE Music website.

5.3. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items and will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Refunds

6.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6.2. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

6.3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at webshop@goosemusic.com.

7. Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

7.1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

7.2. Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • 7.3. Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery, items not in their original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

8. Sale Items

8.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

9. Exchanges

9.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@goosemusic.com and send your item to Magdalenastraat 56, 8500 Kortrijk (Belgium).

10. Gifts

10.1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

10.2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

11. Shipping Returns

11.1. To return your product, you should contact us at webshop@goosemusic.com. Return shipments should go to Magdalenastraat 56, 8500 Kortrijk (Belgium).

11.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

11.3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

11.4. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

12. Warranty and Complaints

12.1. GOOSE Music guarantees that products are free from defects at the time of delivery.

12.2. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, the customer must contact GOOSE Music within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

12.3. Complaints can be submitted via the contact form on the GOOSE Music website or by emailing [support email].

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1. GOOSE Music is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its customers. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

14.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium.

15. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

15.1. GOOSE Music reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The amended Terms and Conditions will be published on the GOOSE Music website and will apply to all orders placed after the publication date.
